REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Payment is required at registration. Please register
at least 30 days prior to the scheduled program date in order to reserve your spot! In case
the program you have registered for is rescheduled or cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund. Also, if you need to cancel and wish to receive a full refund, you must cancel by 12/12/19.
If not cancelled by 12/12/19, a $75 administrative fee will be charged .
The EXAM-ONLY portion is available to Pharmacists only who have completed the "Physical Assessment for the Pharmacist Clinician" course presented by UNM or NMPhA. If a comparable 60-hour physical assessment course has been completed, the NM Board of Pharmacy will allow pharmacists to take the exam only if they can provide evidence of completion!
The program is cosponsored by the University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy and Exam times will be provided by Course Director, Joe Anderson.
