REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
Payment is required at registration. Please register before 4/18/24 in order to reserve your spot! A $50 non-refundable application fee is included with the full registration fee. If we don’t receive 10 or more registrations, the class will need to be rescheduled at a later date. In case the program you have registered for is rescheduled or cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund. Also, if you need to cancel and wish to receive a full refund less the $50 non-refundable application fee, you must cancel by 4/14/24. If not cancelled by 4/14/24, a $375 administrative fee for the Full training will be charged or $75 for the Exam-only portion. No refunds after 5/3/24.

Objectives: After attending each of the practice-based sessions, the pharmacist should be able to:
1) Gather, document and assess patient information.
2) Demonstrate proper and appropriate physical assessment techniques.
3) Use these techniques to monitor a patient’s response to drug therapy and the presence of adverse effects.
4) Document findings and plan recommendations for specific patients.

Statement of Credit: ACPE continuing education credit will be entered into the CPE Monitor System within 60 days based upon completion of the program evaluation, Patient History write-up, and Oral Structured Clinical Examinations.
